Most of the world's people are unfulfilled and unsuccessful, by most beloved definitions. However true this may be, we also have the potential to turn things! Success is founded on many things but is ultimately about a personal transformation that will be unique and extra for each of you. That's one of the most things about becoming more successful!! Nobody is asking you to come to be a different person. You are just adopting and improving traits that are proven to make you better! The quote below is what best defines success:

Do It Yourself
By this definition, success for each of you will be different and that is how it should be! It's not about you fitting into a mold. It's about showing you how to create this mold for yourself. Part of this process is a gradual step called reinventing yourself.
The process of reinvention is not well understood. The world of success has safe bet constants. Some of these are core construction blocks like accountability, reliance in yourself, creating goals, and taking action. There's no need to reinvent these principles; they've been battle tested by success seekers before you!
What you want to reinvent is you! Some parts of you are immune to this, and for good reason. These would be things like your core values. No matter how much your mindset and circumstances may change, there's very minuscule that can turn your core values. Becoming more victorious is thus not about changing your value system. Success, however, can sway the expression of your values.
Becoming a greater success is about three key things:
1) Having something of value to transport to others
2) Knowledge of how to use that thing of value for both your own gain and for the advantage of others
3) Willingness to express that thing of value to others
We all have something of value that we can transport to others! Part of the success recipe is discovering what this 'potential' is and then knowing what to do with it. You need to know both how you can advantage from what will make you successful, and also how others will advantage from it!
Consider what gifts or talents you have that you feel would be of value to man else. They could be abilities, knowledge or expertise with a topic or hobby, etc. It doesn't matter; you just need to recognize what they are!
These things of value are your vehicles for personal reinvention! Once you learn how to fabricate these things and then how to deliver them to as many people as possible, your success will explode! The pivotal step is positioning yourself to deliver your 'value' to as many people as you can! After all, what happens when something or man has value? Support, resources, money, and attention all flow towards it. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it?
