Did you know that you can control panic attacks naturally by changing the questions you ask yourself?
Let me elaborate why.
Do It Yourself
We all ask ourselves hundreds of questions every day. You'll be aware of some of these, I'm sure. But there will also be questions you ask yourself that are roughly entirely subconscious - they go on inside your mind and you're never aware of it.
Both types of questions - the ones you know about and the ones you don't - can be damaging to you, and they can be a huge hurdle when you're trying to control panic attacks.
The good news is, you can put a stop to the damage these questions are causing you right now.
It's not even difficult.
The first thing you need to do is come to be aware of the questions that have been going on without your knowledge. That's going to be easy now that you're on the lookout for them.
From this point on, consider yourself a human anti-virus checker. But instead of computer viruses, you'll be seeing for questions in your mind that may otherwise have slipped below your radar.
So at random points throughout the day, just consider what's been going on inside your mind for the former few minutes.
So that's step 1. Scanning for questions.
Step 2 is turning the negative questions into certain ones.
Here are some examples of negative questions, and I'll keep these anxiety-related because we're trying to control panic attacks here, after all:
"How did I get myself into this mess?" "Why am I so scared all the time?" "Am I gonna have a panic attack today?"
These are all negatively-biased questions. Just request them to yourself makes them all more likely to come true, or to make worse anyone you're request about.
But every singular negative request can be turned into a certain one, and that's what step 2 is.
"How did I get myself into this mess?" can be turned into "What can I do right now to make myself feel better?" "Why am I so scared all the time?" can be turned into "How do I create more moments like those when I'm *not* scared?"
You can see how these work, I'm sure.
So from now on, start scanning yourself for the questions you ask in your mind. And when you catch yourself request a negative question, spin it nearby into a certain one.
The questions you ask yourself create your mood and your emotions, so when you ask a more certain question, you'll get certain answers, moods, and emotions. This is a great way to control panic attacks, so please make use of it.
